The bags are 100% plastic neutral – for every box bought, the equivalent plastic of 32 bottles will be prevented from entering the ocean through Anova’s partnership with Plastic Bank®. The rolls are continuous, meaning you can cut the bag to whatever size you need, and then use the vacuum sealer to shrink it tightly around your food, ready for it to be submerged and cooked sous vide.
