We work with pet shops, dog trainers, groomers, veterinary practices, and pet-related charities across the UK. Established businesses are preferred, but we are happy to consider newer ventures too.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes – we ask for a minimum order of £200 to access trade pricing and free UK delivery. That works out at roughly 12 harnesses, so it is a low barrier to get started and see how your customers respond.
How quickly do you deliver?
Stock is dispatched from our warehouse in the South East, typically within 24–48 hours of receiving payment (subject to availability). No importing delays – everything ships from UK stock.
What if stock does not sell?
We offer a 12-month buyback and refund option on unsold stock (excluding Director’s Special Offers). If a line is not moving the way you expected, we will take it back. We want you to feel confident trying new products.

Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. For qualifying trade orders, we are happy to include product samples so you can trial items before committing further. Just let us know what you are interested in when you place your order.
Do you provide display materials?
For larger orders, we provide complimentary Truelove-branded display items to support your in-store merchandising. It helps your customers see the range properly and makes the products easier to sell.
Do you set minimum retail prices?
Yes. Our price list includes a Minimum Retail Price for every product. This protects the brand’s value and ensures fair competition between our stockists. We reserve the right to withdraw trade accounts that do not follow these prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wholesale orders are paid by bank transfer. Other payment methods are available but carry additional processing fees. Get in touch for details.
Do you provide product images?
Yes. All approved stockists get access to Truelove’s official stock image library. You will need to create your own product descriptions.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes. Our VAT number is GB364288178. 20% VAT applies to all UK orders and is shown on all invoices. Trade prices are VAT-deductible.
Do I need a website to become a stockist?
Not necessarily. Physical-only businesses are welcome. If you do sell online, your website must use secure payment processing and comply with UK data protection laws.
