Like our kits for early Z-Car engines, we start with quality, hardened steel Allen bolts, which are polished, chromed, then baked to preserve tensile strength. This kit includes bolts and washers to mount the throttle body to the intake plenum.Image Note:The image above is a representation of this kit. The bolts you receive will be properly sized for your engine.Installation Notes:Throttle body bolts have a very low torque spec and specific order for both installation and removal. We recommend installing the bolts by hand first (but only until resistance is felt), then follow the factory torque spec and order using an inch-pound specific torque wrench. If you aren't sure of the installation order, or don't have access to a Factory Service Manual, click here for a diagram showing the proper order. Torque Spec: 64 - 85 in-lb.
