Unlike the 300ZX and earlier models, Nissan does not offer replacement shift boots by themselves on newer models. Instead, the boots are now manufactured and installed into the surrounding trim by the factory due to more intricate attachment methods. While this makes installing a factory replacement easier, it is also much more expensive to purchase an OEM replacement. These custom made boots were patterned using an original boot, and are manufactured using high quality, automotive grade leather and feature color matched thread for a sleek appearance.
