Description Brindisa Epic Pardina lentils are a popular Spanish variety with a firm texture and nutty flavour.   While Spanish Pardina lentils are typically a muted brownish-green colour, their full spectrum ranges from deep brown through to tones of warm purple and grey. Slightly smaller in size than the more common brown or green lentils such as Puy, they cook quicker still maintaining their shape and al-dente texture. Enjoy these lentils in a gently-spiced Mediterranean soup to add texture as well as rich, slightly peppery flavour.
