There are two versions available of the 1.9 TDI 1Z AHU ALE hybrid turbochargers with a top peak power range of 130/ 160 Crankshaft Horse Power, as follows: GOTTUNED 1Z AHU ALE 130 GotTuned’s custom journal bearings ‘360’, Modification of compressor housing, Modification of seal plate, Enlarged compressor Billet Wheel 6 6, Genuine Garrett or KKK clipped and lightened turbine wheel to reduce the backpressure. Further common features: Quick spool by applying lighter/enlarged 6 6 Billet Wheel. 100% Plug&Play fitment. Genuine Garrett or KKK compressor housing, Genuine Garrett or KKK exhaust manifold, Genuine Garrett or KKK bearing housing, Genuine actuator, Dynamically Balanced. The turbo is meant to work with ~130HP. In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your exhaust and cooling systems as well. Professional ECU remapping is required! GOTTUNED 1Z AHU ALE 160 Hybrid turbocharger ready to make ~160HP. The full list of changes is the same as with the 130 package with the exception of 7 7 the Billet Compressor Wheel which is bigger and 12 Blade Turbine Wheel which is also enlarged Bigger Genuine Compressor Housing.
