Description ABC mackerel fillets are canned in garlic-infused olive oil. They are a tribute to the Italian pasta recipe, aglio e olio. Eat the tender fillets straight from the tin or toss them with spaghetti for a quick supper.  ABC mackerel is caught off the coast of Portugal. The fillets are carefully deboned and packed by hand. The rich, garlicky oil is a great match for the mild, briny fish. ABC adds parsley and a squeeze of lemon for an authentic Mediterranean flavour. Tinned mackerel is extremely versatile.
